Damon Dash Suing To Retrieve Clothing and More From Evicted Home

Damon Dash continues to undergo financial dilemmas since his Roc-A-Fella movement ended.

Earlier this year, the former music mogul was evicted from his New York home after failing to pay $100,000 in back rent. Now, Dash is suing his former landlords, claiming they are withholding his property, including winter clothes, reports the NY Post.

Dash is suing to retrieve his items back, but attorney's for the landlord claims he had enough time to pick his stuff up and insist they acted "lawfully".

Dash is also facing a $2.8 million tax bill for allegedly failing to pay federal taxes on earnings from 2005 and 2011.
