A$AP Rocky Says No to Attempted Murder Plea Deal, Heading to Trial

In what could be the biggest gamble of his career, A$AP Rocky has turned down a plea deal that would’ve had him serving six months behind bars. Instead, the rapper is taking his chances in court – a move that could either vindicate him or cost him nearly a quarter century of his life.

LA prosecutors approved the following offer: Plead guilty to one felony assault charge, do 180 days in county, three years of probation, and live with a seven-year suspended sentence hanging over his head. But Rocky wasn’t having it.

By choosing to face a jury of his peers, the “Fashion Killa” artist is staring down some serious time – we’re talking up to 24 years if things go south. The charges aren’t lightweight either: Two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm, stemming from a November 2021 incident where he allegedly shot at his former friend A$AP Relli.

Relli, once part of Rocky’s inner circle in the A$AP mob, now stands as the key witness against him.

One thing’s for sure – Rocky’s betting big on his innocence, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
