Carmelo Anthony Joins Timbaland as Shareholder in 50 Cent’s SMS Audio Company

Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson always finds a way to win, and it seems his latest business move will land him another notch in that column.

NBA Basketball star Carmelo Anthony has reportedly invested in the rap mogul’s headphone company, SMS Audio LLC, which he launched in 2011. The sports star, who also signed on as a product advisor and global brand ambassador, will join previously reported shareholder, super-producer Timbaland.

"Carmelo Anthony is one of today's premier athletes and is known globally for both his sportsmanship and his philanthropic endeavors," says a statement from 50’s camp. "He perfectly embodies the values behind SMS Audio and we're excited to have him representing our brand – Providing Superior Sound Quality through Innovative Audio Products."
