That lineup is legendary!
The Rock The Bells Cruise: A Hip-Hop Experience is back, and it’s bringing pure Hip-Hop energy to the high seas once again. LL COOL J’s movement has been shaking things up since its launch, and for 2025, the third annual voyage is coming with even more fire.
The first wave of artists is stacked: The LOX, Da Brat, GZA, Lupe Fiasco, MC Lyte, Fabolous, Xzibit, Dead Prez, The Pharcyde, Paul Wall, Buckshot & Smif-N-Wessun, Onyx, Nappy Roots, and Kool G Rap are all set to take the stage. And you already know the DJs are going to keep the decks (both literal and figurative) rockin’ – DJ Jazzy Jeff, Mannie Fresh, DJ Paul, J.PERIOD, DJ Evil Dee, DJ Kool, DJ R-Tistic, DJ Scratch, Technician The DJ, DJ Chuck Chillout, and DJ Epps are lined up to keep the music flowing non-stop.
And it’s not just about the music; comedy will be on heavy rotation with Affion Crockett, Guy Torry, Tony Roberts, and Lance Woods set to bring the laughs. It’s a fully immersive Hip-Hop celebration that hits every part of the culture.
The 4-day cruise will sail from Miami to Bimini (Bahamas) on October 27-31, 2025, and if the past two years are any indication, expect it to sell out quickly. The last two Rock The Bells Cruises sold out in a week, with a 20,000-person waitlist proving just how real the demand is.
LL COOL J himself put it best: “Rock The Bells is back on the water, bringing the energy, the music, and the culture to new places. This cruise is more than an experience; it’s a movement. And trust me, we’re just getting started.”
Jeff Cuellar, CEO of Sixthman, the masterminds behind this festival-at-sea, knows the mission is bigger than just performances: “The Rock The Bells Cruise is all about celebrating the culture with icons that have not only laid the foundation throughout the past 50+ years but continue to push it forward. If you are a Hip-Hop head, then you can’t miss this ship because Nappy Roots said it best – ‘We’re gonna have a good day!’”
The Norwegian Jewel offers an experience that’s not just about the music. From curated activities to exclusive artist interactions, there’s a reason why this cruise has become the Hip-Hop event of the year.
With ticket prices ranging from $1,180 to $7,191, cabins are already live at rockthebellscruise.com. More acts and activities will be announced soon, but if this is just the first wave, you already know the entire lineup will be next level.
Founded in 2018, Rock The Bells has been about preserving and celebrating Hip-Hop’s legacy properly. From LL COOL J’s Rock The Bells Radio on SiriusXM to live events like this cruise, the brand keeps bridging the gap between OGs and the new generation, ensuring that the foundation of the culture remains solid.
