DaBaby and Yung Miami Drop Valentine’s Day Refix Anthem “IMA HOE TOO”

Love is in the air, and so is the bass. DaBaby and Yung Miami just pulled up with the ultimate toxic-love anthem, “IMA HOE TOO,” flipping the nostalgic beat of K.P. & Envyi’s 1997 classic “Swing My Way” into a modern-day flex. Released via South Coast Music Group/Interscope Records, the track blends Baby’s unwavering cadence with Miami’s saucy bravado, painting them as one of hip-hop’s most dynamic duo.

The 2000s-inspired visual oozes chemistry, with the two posing for intimate photoshoots and exchanging playful barbs that turn their situationship into a lyrical love story. DaBaby lays down his signature gritty yet playful bars, rapping, “Got a little booty and I love the way that she shake it / Finna handcuff the bitch, get the bracelet / Somewhere out of town chasing the paper / She send me 89 pictures of her naked.”

Yung Miami comes through with her own brand of boss lyrics, making it clear she’s unbothered by outside noise: “That’s my lil shit, that ain’t y’all’s / I don’t see none of that shit, I’m Ray Charles / I don’t care what a nigga got going on / I’ma keep it short with ’em like Kevin Hart.”

It’s a fun, flirtatious track with the kind of confident bounce that makes it perfect for both Valentine’s Day lovers and situationship survivors alike. So, whether you’re coupled up, single, or just out here living life, this track is bound to set the tone for the night.

“IMA HOE TOO” follows DaBaby’s latest record “HIM,” featuring CMG’s rising star Big Boogie, where Baby reclaims and redefines the term. Coming off last year’s Billboard 200-charting HOW TF IS THIS A MIXTAPE?, he’s been on an undeniable streak.

DaBay celebrated his birthday month and it was a sold-out affair with a heavy-hitting lineup including 50 Cent, MoneyBagg Yo, and Sexyy Red.

DaBaby is also locked in for his community. His annual ‘Kirk Pole’ holiday giveback at Garinger High School in Charlotte has become a staple, providing essential resources to local families. But his biggest initiative yet? DaBaby Cares. In honor of his late brother Glenn Johnson, who tragically lost his life to suicide, Baby launched the mental health initiative in 2024 during Suicide Prevention Month. His efforts have already sparked real change, including a new year-long partnership with Mental Health America of Central Carolinas. At the first-ever Youth Town Hall at West Charlotte High School, over 200 students received his Youth Mental Health 101 Resource Guide, now available for free download.

Meanwhile, Yung Miami continues to elevate her game. She made waves at the 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards, joining Trina for a show-stopping performance. You can also listen to her podcast, Caresha Please, where she’s chopped it up with the likes of Rick Ross, Kevin Gates, and more. The show has become a platform for raw, unfiltered conversations that keep hip-hop heads and industry insiders locked in.
