Krizz Kaliko is known for his hard-hitting, “in-you-face” rap flow, but he’s trying a more R&B/Pop sound with his new single “Behave” from his forthcoming album titled Go.
The song is about keeping unfaithful indiscretions a secret. “I wouldn’t want to know if my partner cheated on me,” cites the rapper/singer “Take that to the grave. No need to mess up everybody’s life because you got caught up in a moment.”
That’s not what you’d expect to hear from a rapper or pop star but Krizz isn’t your ordinary anything. For “Behave,” the veteran Kansas City rapper and Strange Music consigliere teamed with label boss and longtime collaborator Tech N9ne, creating a guitar-led, R&B song.
He will release his sixth studio album Go on April 8th via Strange Music. Pre-order HERE.
