D.C. Area rapper Phil Ade recruits Mya for “Soon As I Get On,” the first offering from his upcoming mixtape, Respect Due, arriving later this year.

Produced by Kal Banx, Ade rhymes about being a humble rapper who’s trying to make it, painting a picture of the day by day grind, envisioning what he’ll do when he reaches success.

Mya supplies the hook’s melody: "I'm here to take what's mine / I got too much on the line, to let it slide / Cus I've been on the road / But I still got far to go / And I'll hold you down as soon as I get on."
