Iggy Azalea Sees Major Boost Following Ariana Grande Collabo and Performances, Tops Hot 100

Iggy Azalea has received a major boost in sales thanks to fresh exposure, including rising hit with Ariana Grande titled "Problem."

According to sales figures released Tuesday, Azalea's album, "New Classic," has jumped some 44 percent in sales over the last week.

Attributed to interest in her music and brand, following a performance at the Billboard Music Awards, and increased play of Grande's hit single, "Problem," Azalea's album move roughly 22,000 copies within the last week.

Final numbers, including chart positions, will be released later today.

In related news, Iggy is somewhere rejoicing after logging her first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single this week with "Fancy," a cut from her debut album, The New Classic.

“Well I’m very pleased, last year seemed impossible to convince anyone in the music business I could break into the top 100. Haha,” Iggy wrote on Twitter. “So let this serve as proof anything is possible & I hope we see more female rappers new and established in the charts. Dope stuff, thanks!”

"Fancy" has sold 1.3 million downloads to date.
