Eminem – Headlights

Eminem celebrated Mother’s Day by unveiling the Spike Lee-directed music video for his latest single "Headlights," featuring fun.'s Nate Ruess. The visual, shot on 8 Mile in the rapper’s hometown of Detroit, spotlights the personal theme of the record, which revolves around Em’s turbulent relationship with his mother Debbie Mathers.

“It’s a great, great story. It’s heartfelt, some pain in it, but that’s life,” Spike previously stated about the visual. “So that’s why we’re here, back in the ‘hood, 8 Mile Detroit, shooting where all this took place.”

“Headlights” is from Eminem’s latest studio album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2.
