by Dr. Dre's pockets are a lot fatter these days, but that doesn't mean he won’t go after what's owed to him, especially when it's from his first love.
The Beats mogul is suing bosses at his former record label Death Row Records for $3 million over unpaid royalties.
According to court documents, filed in L.A. in December (2013), the music hit-maker claims he is owed $676,400 for unpaid mechanical royalties, $1.2 million in unpaid artist/producer royalties and $1.2 million in digital sales of his music.
Dre also says there has been inconsistencies in his previous payments.
