Hustle Gang Member Doe B Killed in Fatal Shooting

Another rising rapper’s light has been snuffed out by gun violence.

Hustle Gang’s Doe B (real name Glenn Thomas) was killed earlier this morning (Dec 28) in a shooting that occurred at Centennial Hill Bar and Grill (formerly Rose Supper Club) in his hometown of Montgomery, Alabama.

Details are still emerging, but the hip-hop world is already expressing their condolences via social media. T.I. shared the sad news on Instagram. “RIP to my lil brother Doe B. We gon miss u my nigga. U’ll never be forgotten & U WILL NOT DIE IN VAIN. We Love U champ. Always. Just rest now my nigga….WE GOT IT From here.” His wife Tameka "Tiny” Harris added, “Sad to say R I P to such a young talented artist Doe B..he will truly be missed. Say a pray for his love ones who lost something/someone special..”

“RIP Doe B,” tweeted Drake, and Trae Tha Truth tweeted, “DAMN…. They Killed My Nigga Doe-B…. That's Fucked Up.. He Was A Young Nigga.. On His Way To Make It… Shit Fucked Up.. #HustleGangOverEverythang R.I.P. .. Pray For His Kids And Family…

MGK added, “Damn. RIP Doe B. this rap shits crazy right now. Condolences to his family. Clubs keep lettin guns in the club as if that’s not where we as artists work. We got families to go home to, fuck is wrong with y’all.”

Doe B. was riding on the buzz from the release of his summer 2013 mixtape “Baby Je$us.”
