Rapper/DJ Q-Tip may be a fan of Kanye West, but he doesn’t agree with some of the G.O.O.D Music boss’s antics.

Kanye West came under fire recently for using the Confederate flag on merchandise for his Yeezus tour, an banner that was adopted by the slave-owning southern U.S. states during the American Civil War.

While west thinks he is empowering African Americans by making it “my flag,” the A Tribe Called Quest frontman highly disagrees.

"F**k the confederate flag,” Tip wrote on Twitter. “I love Kanye… but my people continue to suffer psychologically from hardships that happened under that banner".

Q-Tip just shot a music video with West for Busta Rhymes’ new single “Thank You,” and he is scheduled to join him at his New York concert later this month.
