Rapper DMX’s personal life continues to take hits. After a recent arrest for driving with a suspended license and no insurance, it’s being reported that his recent bankruptcy filing was dismissed in a New York court.
In July, X filed the bankruptcy claiming he has less than $50,000 in assets and debts of more than $1 million. Nevertheless, on Friday (Nov 8) a federal judge threw out the case citing that the rapper failed to provide trustworthy information in his bankruptcy paperwork.
DMX now faces losing his possessions, including a home in Mount Kisco, New York, reports E!
