"Growing up as a youngster in Memphis, I've always respected the sound of Three 6 Mafia and wanted to make history as they did for the city of Memphis," explains Drumma Boy. "I feel like I'm in the new heat for the streets, and wanted to collab with someone from my city who had done it and could coach me on certain aspects of the biz as well as entertainment. This project has become so much more than what we set out for originally."
"I did work with Drumma Boy here and there in the past, just tracks through email, but now I'm working with him live in the lab, and he's incredible!" adds DJ Paul. "I heard his name a lot back in the day in Memphis as he was coming up, and now I see what all the fuss is about. He works hard as hell just like me! He's got his style of beats and I've got mine, plus my new style I'm throwing in the loop, so be ready for some game changing shit!"
