Daz Dillinger to Grand Theft Auto V Makers: F U, Pay Me

West coast rapper Daz Dillinger is not too happy with the makers of Grand Theft Auto V. Tha Dogg Pound member sent Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive Software a cease and desist letter, claiming they used his music without permission.

According to Daz, the video game makers offered him an "offensively low" payday of $4,271 to use his songs "C-Walk" and "Nothin' But the Cavi," but after he denied the request they went ahead and included the songs in GTA V.

The little cousin to Snoop Lion is demanding executives make him a better offer to settle the dispute or face having to recall more than 15 million copies of the game and destroy all existing unsold units.

GTA V broke records upon its release last month (Sep13), when it became the fastest-selling video game in history, passing the $500 million mark in just 24 hours. Worldwide sales went on to hit the $1 billion mark in just three days.
