50 Cent can now put the incident with his baby mother behind him. According to TMZ, the G-Unit rapper struck a plea deal to vanquish any possible jail time by supplicating to a no contest for one count of misdemeanor vandalism.

As previously reported, Fiddy was charged with five (5) criminal counts (1 count of misdemeanor domestic violence, and 4 counts of misdemeanor vandalism) in June (2013) for allegedly causing $7,100 in damages at his baby mama Daphne Joy’s Toluca Lake condo. He also allegedly got angry, kicked down a bathroom door and kicked her.

The 38-year-old was sentenced today to three (3) years probation and thirty (30) days of community service. He has also agreed to attend counseling sessions and pay $7,100 in restitution to Daphne.

50 will still have to abide by the restraining order against him as well.
