Mike WiLL Made It dropped off a snippet for the visual “23,” featuring Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, and Miley Cyrus. It opens with Khalifa dropping some bars, colored lights, and a young kid just rocking with it.

As the producer of Miley’s “We Can’t Stop” himself Mike WiLL Made It puts Cyrus on the hook; apparently she’s “…naughty by nature.”
