by Jay Z continues his "New Rules" saga with the upcoming premiere of his "Picasso Baby" music video. The clip, which was shot earlier this month at Pace Gallery in New York, will premiere on HBO on August 2 at 11PM, following the rap Mogul's appearance on "Real Time with Bill Maher," which launches at 10PM.
"Rap is thinking out loud…putting your fears, your vulnerabilities and your insecurities to music, " Jay Z says in the below clip. "Concerts are pretty much performance art, in a smaller venue, it’s a bit more intimate so you feel the energy of the people."
