Rapper 50 Cent is facing some major criminal charges. City attorney Mike Feuer said 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) has been charged with domestic violence and four counts of vandalism this week after an altercation with a woman who told police she, at one point in time, was in a three-year relationship with the rapper, who police say had a baby with him. No word on if the woman is the mother of his teenage son.

According to the woman, an argument between the two escalated to the point that Jackson began destroying property inside her Toluca Lake condo on June 23. Allegedly, she then locked herself inside her bedroom, before Jackson kicked the door in and began kicking her. Damages are estimated at $7,100, and include broken chandeliers, furniture, and a television.

Jackson is due for arraignment July 22. If convicted, he is looking at up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.
