Continuing the success of his debut album, Based on a T.R.U. Story, rapper 2 Chainz kick starts the ground work for his sophomore effort with the lead single, "Feds Watching." On the track, Chainz spits braggadocios lyrics about being fashion forward, regardless of who is watching.
