T.I. Upset With Media’s Association of Hip-Hop to Boston Bombings

When TMZ reported that captured and killed Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev frequented and had an email account with a hip hop website called “real-hiphop.com,” rapper T.I. sounded off on the media’s associated with hip-hop music and violence.

Saying he’s never even heard of the site, the rapper said. "Hip hop narrates the activity and conditions of our culture," he told TMZ, "It doesn't create them. Hip hop ain't never been about hurting innocent people," T.I. continued. He then gave his condolences for the tragedy, “my prayers go out to the families involved."

Do you agree with T.I.?
