After surviving two automobile accidents, Connecticut rapper Sikai documents his battle with pain medication addiction and path to recovery in his new mixtape Painkilling: 1500MG. Each track rides on an aura of an airy high, telling a story of struggle, rehabilitation, and the vision to beat the demons of addiction.

This is the first project from his label Painkilling Music Group.
