by Yesterday, Future spoke with Hot 97's Angela Martinez regarding a number of topics including his relationship with R&B songstress Ciara.
On his relationship, Future said wanting a change of lifestyle contributed to the link up, "It was just the part of my life…you gotta understand it was like months before I even met her. I was just going through stuff and just living the life and just everything was taking a toll on me. I was waking up [and] seeing stuff different. I felt like man, it so easy for me to get certain things. I felt like I needed to be committed and stop."
Apparently Future knew he was going to be with Ciara 7 years ago. He tells the story of seeing Ciara at a video shoot back then and saying "Imma be with her one day" to his bro Rock. As Future said, "Words are powerful."
When asked if he was going to be with her in a marriage as well he said, "Hey this is it. This it. I don't get into nothing just to get out."
