50 Cent Pulls Race Card in Arbitration Loss, Plots Appeal

After a recent arbitration judgement, rapper 50 Cent claims discrimination played a role in the ruling.

50 was in arbirtration over $261,000 he said Sleek Audio owed him. Arbitration is the step before actual court where the judge looks over the information at hand and makes a decision based off that. Unfortunately for 50, the arbitrator didn't rule in his favor and he now alleges that the judge discriminated against him because the color of his skin, the people he's associated with, as well as the fact that he's a rapper.

In court documents, 50 claims that the judge didn't allow him to provide witnesses, nor did he review evidence relevant to the case.

50 is taking these allegations to federal court with the hopes of proving discrimination and a different ruling.
