50 Cent Enters Not Guilty Plea For Domestic Violence Charges

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, attended a hearing on Monday, August 5 for domestic violence charges following a heated argument with the mother of his child. During the proceedings, the G-Unit boss remained quiet as his lawyer entered a not guilty plea, and spoke on his behalf.

The judge slapped the "In Da Club" rapper with a protective ban, ordering him to stay 100 yards from Daphne Narvarez a.k.a. Daphne Joy, his second baby mama. In addition, he was also ordered to turn in all his guns.

50 Cent was hit with five charges, including one count of misdemeanor domestic violence and four counts of misdemeanor vandalism after he allegedly kicked Daphne during an argument at her Toluca Lake, California home back in June (2013). He reportedly caused $7,000 worth of damages to her property.

If convicted on all charges, he could see up to five years in Jail and $46K in fines.

He is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on September 4.
