by Rap mogul Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter has been certified as an official sports agent after passing his licensing examination. The God emcee, who launched his Roc Nation Sports in April, was not allowed to scout professional athletes until this piece of the puzzle was complete.
Now Jay can begin recruiting for his company's roster in Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Basketball Association (NBA), according to Espn.com.
Several players has already signed with Roc Nation Sports, among them New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith.
